Leslie Etzel

Leslie Bruce Etzel joined KSU's Technical Assistance to Brownfields in April 2024 as the Assistant Regional Director for EPA Region 6. Prior to joining KSU TAB, she worked as the Voluntary Cleanup and Brownfields Program Coordinator for the Texas Railroad Commission for five years. Leslie brings with her extensive experience in environmental assessment and remediation, preparing and reviewing environmental reports, grant writing and management, and brownfields redevelopment planning. Leslie received her B.S. in Geology from the University of South Carolina and her M.S. in Geology from the University of Texas at Austin.
