The Minnesota Cleanup Revolving Loan Program provides low-interest loans through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to cleanup contaminated sites that can be returned to marketable use. Loans may pay for cleanup-related site sampling and monitoring and costs associated with meeting requirements for public participation in project review.
