Jesse Silverstein

Jessie Silverstein has worked as a TAB partner since 2014. He served as a TAB lead from 2008 to 2014 and is an expert in Real Estate development and finance, transactional strategies, economic/fiscal impact analysis, and market studies. In addition to his assistance with TAB, Jessie works as the Director of Real Estate Economics for Development Research Partners and holds a BS in Economics, an MA in Economics with focuses in regional and environmental economics, a MAI Designation and over 35 years of experience in contaminated properties. What he enjoys most about working in brownfields redevelopment is the opportunity to collaborate with communities facing economic, and community development challenges while being a proactive environmental steward; he loves putting complex puzzles together, and has been said to be the Market Whisperer.
