Belinda Richard has worked as a TAB partner since 2005. She serves as an expert in environmental concerns. In addition to her assistance with TAB, Belinda is Terracon’s National Brownfields Program Manager and has over 20 years of environmental experience with the past 14 years dedicated to the brownfields program. She has assisted over 50 brownfield programs in implementing over $30 million dollars of federal brownfields grant funding. She works with communities in obtaining funding, developing their programs, leveraging local incentives and implementing successful redevelopment. Ms. Richard holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Florida. What she enjoys most is the outcome and working together with communities to create positive and lasting impacts.
