Yolanda Bouchee

KSU TAB Partner
Yolanda Bouchee has worked as a TAB partner since 2021. Along with her colleagues at Revitalized Communities; Marcus Griswold, Nicole Commodore, Arnita Gadson, Danielle Costantini, and Matt Rueff, they serve as experts in Community Partnerships, Community Engagement, Reuse Planning, Mitigation Planning, Economic Development, Main Street Organization and Development, Environmental Justice, and Climate Adaptation. In addition to their assistance with TAB, Yolanda serves as the President of Revitalized Communities and has held industry designations as the EPA Superfund Community Involvement Director, EPA Brownfields and Land Redevelopment Director, Certified Facilitator, Tribal Environmental Project Manager Specialist, Main Street Development Specialist, Certified Real Estate Development Specialist, and Historic Preservation Specialist. Nicole serves as the Vice President of Revitalized Communities and holds current designations as an Healthcare attorney, Certified Community Organizer, and Policy Specialist. Marcus Griswold holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering, and holds current designations as an GIS and Mapping Specialist, Climate Resilience Specialist, and Water Resource Specialist. Matt Rueff holds current designations as a Counselor Real Estate (CRE), Economic Development Specialist, and Real Estate Developer. Arnita Gadson has held industry designations as an Environmental Justice Director, Environmental Quality Commission Director. Danielle holds current designations as an Architect, Historic Preservation Specialist, Land Development and Reuse Planner. What they enjoy most about providing assistance with TAB is making sure community members are able to equitably participate in the development of their communities, creating partnerships among all stakeholders, providing education and technical assistance to increase understanding about environmental issues and how they fit in the community development process.
