When the non-profit organization Centro Cívico Mexicano (CCM) was working to raise money for its capital campaign to expand its community center’s existing footprint and program offerings, they realized they needed assistance developing a vision.  KSU TAB Assistant Director/Region 8 Manager Maggie Belanger and KSU TAB Partner Joel Baldwin, Hitchock Design Group, led a three-day design workshop (charette) in the summer of 2021 to assist CCM and its stakeholders realize that vision. Results from the mini-charette may be used by CCM to gain support from financial backers as well as apply for other grant funding.
