The Brownfields State Response Program which is administered by the North Dakota Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Waste Management applies annually for grant funds from EPA to be used for environmental assessment and cleanup activities at Brownfields sites. The Brownfields State Response Program is application based. Cities, counties, local development and non-profit groups where a public benefit is perceived, may apply for assistance.
