Targeted Brownfield Assessment Program

State Funding & Resources

A Targeted Brownfields Assessment (TBA) is conducted at no-cost to the community and includes a record review of historic land use, on-site sampling and laboratory analysis, as needed, to determine the level and probable extent of possible soil and groundwater contamination. Other services such as asbestos and lead-based paint sampling and cleanup planning may also be eligible.
