Annual Environmental Workforce Development and Job Training grants provide funding to recruit, train, and place predominantly low-income and minority, unemployed and under-employed people living in areas affected by solid and hazardous waste. Nonprofits; local, state, and tribal governments; colleges and universities; and quasi-governmental entities are eligible to apply for up to $200,000. Grant solicitations are issued annually.
