Steve Turner

Steve Turner has worked as a TAB partner since 2021. Along with his colleagues Dylan Clarke, Katie Sutherland, Chris Matthews and Jay Fredkin from CABEM Technologies, they serve as experts in web based tools. Steve serves as the KSU TAB project manager and holds a High Tech MBA from Northeastern University. Dylan Clarke is a Senior Developer and Lead Mobile Developer, has extensive experience with web-based e-voting system for mobile platforms, holds has a PhD in Computing Science from Newcastle University as well as Master of Science in Systems Design for Internet Applications, and Masters/Undergraduate degrees in Mathematics. Katie Sutherland is a technical lead and holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and minor in Communication Studies from the University of Virginia at Wise. Chris Matthews is the CTO and leader of CABEM’s Software Solutions division and holds a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University. Jay Fredkin is the CABEM CEO and Senior PM on the KSU TAB project, has served in numerous executive and technical positions over the years and holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
