Eugene Goldfarb

Eugene Goldfarb has been a TAB partner since 2012. Eugene was the HUD Midwest Environmental Officer from 1990-2005 and his 30 year HUD career included positions in housing, public housing and CPD. Eugene is a licensed attorney and was a certified planner (AICP) for over 30 yrs. He has taught environmental courses at the NIOSH centers Chicago (UIC), Johns Hopkins in Baltimore/DC and UCLA in Los Angeles and also work the Seminole Tribe’s Native Learning Center. In addition to brownfield redevelopment his areas of expertise include urban planning, Housing, Community Development, (NEPA) environmental assessment (including historic preservation), and environmental justice.
