Andy Arnold

KSU TAB Partner
Andrew (Andy) Arnold has worked as a TAB partner since 2022. Along with his colleagues at Short Elliott Hendrickson (SEH), Julie Linn, Brea Grace, and Kristin Prososki, they serve as experts in community development, economic development, environmental science, real estate economics, and grant writing. In addition to their assistance with TAB, Andy works as the Economic Development Planner and holds a certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Julie Linn is a Senior Scientist and is a Licensed Professional Geologist, Brea Grace is a Senior Community Development Specialist and holds a certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and Kristin Prososki is a Community Development Specialist. What they enjoy most about providing assistance with TAB is a challenge! Brownfields present unique revitalization obstacles that require creative and collaborative solutions. Brownfield revitalization is, at its core, community redevelopment.
