Sioux City, IA

The City of Sioux City, Iowa requested assistance from KSU TAB to prepare an Opportunity Analysis and conceptual renderings for an area of the city that is immediately adjacent to both downtown and a new riverfront park and is one of the entrances to the city. The project area is composed of a cluster of smaller, individually owned parcels, most of which are vacant or underutilized. The City would like to acquire the parcels and redevelop them as one large site that will welcome visitors to the city and provide economic and tourism opportunities, as well as housing.
