The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Brownfields Site Assessment Grant (SAG) Program provides grants up to $150,000 to local governments seeking to redevelop sites with economic or community development potential that may be adversely impacted by environmental contamination (i.e., brownfields properties). Grant funds are used to define the degree and extent of groundwater and soil contamination, along with assessing vapor intrusion issues.
